Intentional Community Design for Co-Creators  

While there are only a few Resident Co-Creators, management can be quite simplistic.  We must identify and define the management roles needed to succeed once we have moved onto the next phase of 'The Plan'.  Each additional Resident Co-Creator and Non-Resident Co-Creator that comes aboard will require a deeper layer of the management structure. Once we clarify the management roles, we will begin embracing those roles.  'The Plan' calls for everyone in this phase to hold at least one management role and possibly several.

A big part of the vision is to create an experience that we can experiment with various methods of governing, instead of simply choosing one.
